Almondbury Lodge is located in the quiet leafy suburb of Mt Lawley amongst multimillion dollar homes,  3km from Citiy, stroll to the BUZZ of The Mt Lawley Cafe Strip with its  excellent selection of fine dining, family & affordable restaurants, wine bars, arthouse cinema, designer clothing and 20 mins to wonderful WA Beaches.

Mount Lawley share the advantages of being a stone’s throw from one of Australia’s most delightful cities and living in an area where half a dozen parks and other swathes of green – such as the Mount Lawley golf course, Hyde Park – are within easy striking distance.
Mt Lawley is an inner-city suburb and is the hot spot for trendy clothes, excellent bars and restaurants and great places to stop for coffee. It’s quirky and artsy and has a strong community feel. It’s multi-cultural.

Mt Lawley has become quite affluent over the past decade. There are excellent examples of architecture from 1900 to the 1950s, including federation and colonial styles and some examples of English vernacular revival, art deco and Californian bungalows. The Astor Theatre is a fine example of art deco.
Almondbury Lodge is just 300m to the train station (4 stops to city),  a stroll to about 23 cafes fora great choice of  breakfast, lunch or dinner. or browse  at many designer shops along  Beaufort Street,
